Our Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Pod model is designed with the risk and end in mind. From the outset, the India operation is structured so that ownership can move to your organization smoothly when you are ready after a year or 2. We start small, and remain small till you get the confidence to go big.
Unlike conventional outsourcing arrangements, the model is built around your business, your people, your culture, and your way of working. The India team is established as an extension of your organization rather than as a standalone service-provider team.
This approach makes the eventual transition more predictable and straightforward, with the operating structure, knowledge, processes, and people already aligned to your organization. When ownership changes hands, the goal is continuity — not reinvention. The Pod approach makes it agile and easy to setup, which focuses on only dedicated and crucial infrastructure.
Build (6 months)
In the Build phase (typically 6–9 months),INPROU establishes the appropriate India legal structure for the BOT operation, creating a clear foundation for the team, governance, and contracts. We design the India operation around your organization rather than around a generic outsourcing model. We identify and recruit the talent required to build your India capability. You retain visibility and control over key hiring decisions, including candidate selection and compensation, ensuring the team meets your technical, cultural, and business expectations.
Operate (1 - 2 years)
Once established, the India team works as an extension of your global organization, aligned to your priorities, management structure, processes, performance standards, and ways of working. INPROU manages the supporting operational layer, including talent acquisition, people operations, infrastructure, administration, compliance, and other services required to keep the operation running smoothly.
Transfer (6 months)
The operation is designed from the beginning with the eventual transfer in mind. When you are ready, INPROU transitions the agreed entity, team, operational knowledge, systems, documentation, and responsibilities to your organization.
